As you can see, our clients are usually very happy with the service they receive, however we recognise that on occasion situations may arise where our clients feel we could have done better.
Richard King is the Firm’s Complaints Officer and you should address any issue to him. Richard will do his best to find a satisfactory resolution but should this not occur, as a European Union consumer, you have the option to submit a complaint by completing an electronic complaints form through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal. The ODR may suggest alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) entities competent to hear the claim and the Firm has the option to try to resolve your complaint through the ADR entity.
